I've visited here a few times and am always greeted with smiles and great food. The atmosphere is cozy with the bustle and smells of morning coffee and breakfast. The food is always spot on and delicious! The service is extremely nice and the hostess and waitress are always very friendly. I enjoy looking at some of the books on the shelves while I wait for my order. Overall, it is my go to spot for a quick breakfast in Easton!

Yummy cubano and love the atmosphere of a cozy book with a warm cup of coffee. Hot sauces were a nice touch. Felt super welcomed.

10/10 experience! Went here for brunch with my fiancé and it was such a great visit. I've been coming here for years and its always great but this visit was the best. All the food was excellent, everything was delicious. They have a good variety of items in the menu with some unique picks to choose from. Everything was very well balanced. Nothing was overly sweet or underseasoned, and it was cooked and presented really well. I would say the best part of the visit was the service though. We were grateful to have Sarah take care of us and she was wonderful. So sweet and friendly, very attentive, and every suggestion she gave us about menu items enhanced them and made them even better. Such a gem . Thank you Sarah and thank you Quadrant, we can't wait to come back!

This is a very special place in the area. Where else can one receive delicious food, books, warm and welcoming service. Our charming waitress made the best chai tea and made our brunch experience more memorable. Of course we will be back and bring in our friends and family to experience this gem in Easton. Thank you

the food took a little bit to come out since it was busy in the morning but it was good! the interior was very interesting and i enjoyed looking around. i especially enjoyed the complementary brewed coffee in mugs. i would come back again!

Finally got the chance to stop in after years of walking past. Absolute must in Easton! Food + coffee were both tasty. Service was great. Vibes are nice and cozy. I hope to be back soon.
